Why another LMS
Because LMS for customers are way too limited and expensive at the same time. And this is might be one of the reason, why most SaaS startups have great docs but lack dedicated academy to guide their customers to success. We wanted to make open source (MIT licensed), platform that allows startups and enterprises to have their own custom academy for their at no extra cost.
Why Open Source
Although, the audience for such kind of product can be really small, but we are moving towards an era where there will be thousands of complex AI products in the market, that would require the companies to offer their customers, a very customized learning plan to show the level of care and support for them, so that their customers can solve their own business problems in the fastest possible way. Documentation and knowledge base are great, but having a dedicated academy for your product, puts you in a different league altogether and having an option to customize an open source solution to fit your business needs is what you would need.
